We would like to take a moment to explain the rationale behind our decision to implement a convenience fee for credit/debit card and eCheck transactions, effective May 1st, 2024.

Cost-Effectiveness: Processing payments via credit/debit cards and eChecks incurs fees from financial institutions and payment processors. By introducing a modest convenience fee, we aim to offset these costs, ensuring that our operations remain sustainable while continuing to provide you with reliable water services.
